Educarte is a project that aims to reduce school dropouts (both primary and secondary school), by motivating children to finish theirs studies through school support and recreational activities  that teach them the value of education, and provides them a safe learning environment.

 

Target Audience: Cuál es el público con el que van a trabajar (Children 0-6, Children 6-14 Students 14-18, University Sudents, Adults, Elderly, Only Women, Only Men, Disable People, Communities, depending on the NGO ).

 

Activities:

 

I. You will prepare and implement writing and cultural workshops, computing classes, academic coaching in math, literature, social sciences, natural sciences 

II. You will be the teacher’s assistant during the classes  

III. You will carry out recreational activities (music, theatre, literature, dance, handcrafts, cooking, gardening, recycling) encouraging the people’s personal development and global mindset, and creating a motivational environment

IV. You will prepare and implement writing, cultural and speaking workshops in (idioma), You will give tutoring sessions to children in (idioma) and you will present your own culture, to encourage to learn about the world.

V. You will generate a multicultural learning environment through exhibitions on culture, cinema sessions, traditional music and dancing sessions, cooking sessions, play and recycling workshops. (

VI. You will plan the activities and the materials needed. You will have to prepare a final presentation to show what they learnt during the project.
