Crearse is a project that aims to decrease poverty levels, to minimize the social inequality nby providing training in entrepreneurship and health to local communities.
In what department the intern will be working: Workshops
Target Audience: Cuál es el público con el que van a trabajar (Children 0-6, Children 6-14 Students 14-18, University Sudents, Adults, Elderly, Only Women, Only Men, Disable People, Communities (not specific).
Activities:
I. You will prepare and implement theoretical entrepreneurship classes, providing the audience successful examples and tools to begin them, and ideas for their enterprises.
II. You will prepare and implement practical entrepreneurship classes, providing the audience assistance in the construction of their own projects, starting with the plan and proceeding with the implementation.
III. You will provide the motivation to the audience to continue the course, and their projects.
IV: You will assist the Marketing and the Health workshops, helping the other interns to prepare and give the classes.
V. You will plan the activities and the materials needed. You will have to document your own work, so another volunteer can continue it once you have left
You can choose between these 3 profiles
Crearse Marketing and Sales
I. You will prepare and implement marketing classes, providing the audience successful examples and tools to begin them, and ideas to start the sales of the products and services generated by their enterprise.
II. You will prepare and implement practical marketing classes, providing the audience assistance in the construction of their own sales plan, and its implementation.
III. You will assist them into getting the tools they might need to have a successful sale.
IV: You will assist the Entrepreneurship and the Health workshops, helping the other interns to prepare and give the classes. (solo si hay otros workshops)
V. You will plan the activities and the materials needed. You will have to document your own work, so another volunteer can continue it once you have left.
Crearse Health and Welfare
I. You will prepare and implement health and welfare classes, providing the audience advice on how to perform their daily activities safer, and how to improve their quality of life by taking cautions on their habits.
II. You will prepare and implement practical health and welfare classes, teaching practically how to arrange their homes, their workplaces, and their habits to improve their quality of live. You will have to be aware of their current situation to propose improvements that adapts into their needs.
III. You will prepare and implement session focused on provide them motivation to improve their quality of life, develop their self-esteem, and their emotional intelligence.
IV: You will have individual coaching with the students, to understand their personal ambitions, and help them prepare a road to achieve them.
V: You will assist the Entrepreneurship and the Marketing workshops, helping the other interns to prepare and give the classes.
VI. You will plan the activities and the materials needed. You will have to document your own work, so another volunteer can continue it once you have left.
Crearse entrepreneurship
