The idea of applying for MCEB in Argentina is completely crazy. To work for one year full time for AIESEC? Who is enough “sane” for that? Developing the projects you want to develop, leading the changes you want to see in Argentina and becoming the kind of person you always talk about and quote in social media. How does it sound when you read it?

 

Being MCEB in Argentina was a dream of many generations behind us. We stand on the shoulders of giants. Giants who believed and believe in Argentina, giants who are giving us this opportunity as well. Being MCEB in Argentina is the craziest idea you can ever have. Because Argentina needs leaders who really believe in the potential of AIESEC to change the world, and fulfilling this promise is not easy, but it is more than worth it.

 

If you are reading this sort of invitation to your own dreams and your heart is beating, faster second by second and maybe you are alone in a room or surrounded by friends and you do not know how to express your feelings, so then, this is the right decision.

I am looking for brave individuals, rebels who challenge the status quo, for young leaders who really want to develop their leadership at the same time they develop AIESEC in such an amazing country.

 

I hope you find yourself while finding your potential for AIESEC. I really wish you feel free to express your ideas and show them to more than 400 volunteers among 15 cities your dreams.
